Constructed to meet commercial codes, the kitchen serves everything from morning
coffee to full congregational dinners.

The kitchen contains a
large 6-burner gas range, and two large ovens, as well as a microwave oven. Our
pride and joy is the commercial rinsing area and dishwasher, which can run a load of
dishes in 90 seconds! Large sinks and counters also facilitate food preparation.

| The storage area contains
a pantry, refrigerator and freezer. The serving area includes serving utensils for
about 150, and the serving counter is immediately accessible from Coleman Hall. |
Coffee Maker and Ice Machine

Coffee and tea can be
prepared in the coffee corner and served either from the pass-through into the Corridor,
or from the Coleman Hall serving counter. |
